It provides valuable work experience as well as a rich cultural exchange for both of you.  You'll leave the Himalayas with lots of memories, exciting stories, and most importantly, a new friend. 

3 Sisters Adventure Trekking, our sister organization, supplies the apprenticeship program for our trainees. The women receive wages from the agency, equivalent to their male counterparts, while gaining the essential work experience required to improve their skills and knowledge.
