Solo travellers or those travelling with friends have the choice of joining one of our regular group treks detailed below or arranging their own private trek with us. If the treks below are not compatible with your schedule or you prefer to arrange your own trek itinerary then contact us for a private booking. We organize private treks all year round.

3 Sisters Adventure Trekking and Empowering Women of Nepal work together to empower women through Female Trekking Guide Training Programs. Producing a skilful and knowledgeable guide is a long process, especially as many of the women come from disadvantaged, rural areas and have had little education. We do not yet have enough female guides to meet the demand, so please be understanding if you have a male guide. Our aim is to provide you with an experienced guide who is knowledgeable about the area you are trekking in and speaks good English. By providing female assistant guides and assistants (porters), we give the women the opportunity to improve their skills, learn as they work and practice their English. Take the opportunity to talk to your assistant and help improve her English - maybe learn some Nepali from her as well! Learn more about our apprenticeship program ...

For those of you interested in arranging a private trek with us, we are always happy to provide you with an experienced guide, male or female depending on availability. If you are interested in giving a less experienced female guide or assistant guide a chance to gain more experience then please let us know. We will always ensure that they know the route and and guesthouses along the way. Help Us to Help Them!
