Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm a trek through our agency. The 20% non-refundable deposit: may be sent either by Visa, Master Card (an additional 4% will be charged to cover bank fees) or Money Transfer. The remainder of the balance amount may be paid upon arrival in either Nepalese Rupees, US dollars, Euro, by Credit Card or Travelers cheques. Upper Mustang and Tibet Tour Payments We require a 20% non-refundable deposit upon booking and full payment of trekking/ tour and permit cost 2 months prior to departure. Cancellation Policy Due to the bank regulations of our country, we are unable to refund monies paid, therefore, our cancellation policy is as below. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. However, 10% may be used towards another trek within 1 year, if cancellation is due to causes of nature or political instability in agent's or client's country. Upper Mustang and Tibet Tour Cancellation Policy a) until the 35th day before departure: 75% of the total amount paid may be used towards another trip within 1 year from the date of cancellation b) from the 35th day until the day of departure: no refund is available as permits and arrangements will already have been processed. |
